The CRAFT PROP system is available in sizes ranging from 200 l to 1,500 l and has especially been developed to meet the requirements of crafting medium-sized breweries. The temperature and ventilation volume/interval can be influenced precisely with its own control system. By adjusting the propagation time as well as starting and remaining cells in the propagator the self-supply with yeast can be accurately adapted to the operational requirements. Intensive ventilation and therefore best yeast growth is provided by the construction of the CRAFT PROP. It offers a solution especially for medium-sized breweries to take the yeast management into their own hands – at manageable investment and personnel cost.
